Training Philosophy

Losing weight, creating new habits, forging your ultimate body, and achieving your goals does not happen overnight.  Usually these things come with perseverance, commitment, positivity, and physical and mental awareness. You have to want to change your daily routines.

Personal training is just one of the tools to get you where you want to be. In conjunction with personalized workouts, you must consider nutrition, stress management, and emotional well being.

Achieving your fitness goals is not only a physical pursuit but also a mental one and the most important part of personal training is maintaining a healthy mind/body balance.

Ken Doherty says, “The five S’s of sports training are: Stamina, Speed, Strength, Skill and Spirit;
but the greatest of these is Spirit.”

It is my job to coach, motivate, inspire, mold, and help you discover both your physical as well as your mental and emotional strengths.

My program includes strength and conditioning work, cardiovascular training, flexibility, nutritional advice, lifestyle coaching, and self worth awareness.  These things in conjunction with a positive attitude and a solid commitment from my clients will help to create realistic and measurable goals and to achieve them.

I intend to help you create and maintain your ultimate body, feel good about yourself, and become the healthiest, strongest person you ever could have imagined.
