|I have been taking Jacqueline’s classes at my local gym for a year now. I started with her Power Pilates and also do a boot camp with her once a week. I should note that when I started, I had very little upper body strength and little muscle tone. I have also had two children, who are 3 & 5.
I complain in class and make jokes, but she pushed me and I am thoroughly happy with the results. Her concern for my increasing back pain led me to have an MRI done and the discovery of degenerative discs and a small crack. Had she not pestured me to look after myself, I would have just put it off. I am now in physio and cannot wait to get back to her classes.
I highly recommend Jacqueline for her skill as a teacher and knowledge of the body. Her genuine concern for her clients health and her attention to each individual is rare to find. I consider her a friend and credit my physique to her classes. As you can see, I still drink beer!
|I have spent the past year working out 3x/week with Jacqueline Garay and the results have been amazing. I am in better shape now, in my early fifties, then I was in my late twenties. As a Certified Personal Trainer and a former Elite Athlete, Jacqueline is supremely qualified and her knowledge of biomechanics make her an exceptional teacher and trainer. Jacqueline pays close attention to each individual in her class to ensure that each exercise is performed correctly and safely and her classes are carefully orchestrated so that each muscle group is trained in the correct sequence to avoid injury and optimize results. I also enjoy her classes as she is a good motivator and changes her routines, so the Boot Camp and Power Pilates classes are not only challenging, but fun and interesting too. I would recommend her to anyone who is committed to seeing fast and lasting results. She is a consumate professional, but…one warning – she is tough!|
|As a former MMA fighter and current Physiotherapist my workouts were fairly progressive, however I was missing that edge that working with a qualified strength and conditioning coach provides.
Jacqueline put me on a plan to develop more mass, power, and muscle tone. The results were second to none; I have worked with other trainers in the past and did not receive these same results. She was able to tailor each and every workout to my needs in the time frame that I requested. On top of this she provided cyclical diets for me, which corresponded to my training regime; each stage was different. Not only did I achieve all of my goals but my performance was increased tenfold and my injuries began to heal.
I valued all that I learned and have continued to learn from training with Jacqueline. Not only was she my trainer but she was my coach, my motivator, and is a very dear friend.

|Over the past year, Jacqueline has been teaching several weekly bootcamp classes in my condo building. I’ve become a lot stronger and fitter since starting these classes. Participants in the classes are at varied fitness levels and Jacqueline has done a great job at customizing the program to suit everyone’s needs. Jacqueline has gotten to know everyone in the class and she creates a fun atmosphere that is also challenging. Jacqueline is an expert in nutrition and has provided great advice on diet and health in general. I recommend Jacqueline to anyone looking for a trainer or fitness instructor.|
