About Jacqueline

Jacqueline is a former national level competitive swimmer, who has had experience with some of the best high performance trainers in Canada and Europe.

She graduated from the University of Toronto in 2007 with an Honors degree and since then has gone on to achieve a number of various certifications. She has earned her Certified Personal Trainer Specialist from CPTN, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist via CPTN and Tudor Bompa, Fitness Instructor Specialist through CanFitPro, Yoga Instructor Specialist, Pilates Instructor Specialist, as well as Spinning and Resistance Ball Training.  Jacqueline also has experience with TRX training, Kettlebell training, Kickboxing, Tae Bo, and Crossfit.

Jacqueline has previously worked with athletes and teams to create annual plans as well as sport specific specialized workouts. She also has experience working on movie sets and has trained celebrities in both Europe and North America. She has also worked with regular gym goers, teens, rehabilitation patients, and weekend warriors. Jacqueline has previously worked at both franchise gyms as well as run her own bootcamps and individual sessions.

When she is not training or teaching classes Jacqueline is experimenting with the latest healthy culinary trends both in the kitchen and out.  She also enjoys traveling the world.   Whether she is training with the creator of Body Pump, Mark Sinclair, in New Zealand, attending yoga teaching training in Thailand,  or spending time with the 2008 Olympic gold medal water polo team in Budapest, Jacqueline is always up for new challenges.  Where ever she goes,  she will always take the opportunity to train with the best so that she can bring different training perspectives in to her repertoire.
